How to reach us 🔗
We currently offer three different channels to communicate with the support team, each with different scopes:
- Email: General questions concerning your individual case such as extension of the personal quota (under reasonable circumstances, discussed case-by-case), are best handled via email at hpc@uni-muenster.de.
- HPC Mattermost channel: Questions or issues of medium-to-high urgency, especially when of interest to other users (e.g. node failures), should be communicated on our mattermost channel.
- HPC Gitlab: To report bugs or request new software, it is possible to open an issue on our Gitlab project. Gitlab will then keep you up-to-date as we make progress on the request.
